🌷April Notes: Blossoms, Brighter Days, and a Season Beginning to Unfold
April always feels like the true turning point of the year – the moment when the light finally settles in, the colours deepen, and everything starts to feel a little more alive. After the gentle momentum of March, this month has brought a welcome sense of energy, both in nature and behind the camera.
The world is waking up properly now, and with it comes a wave of inspiration. Between the early signs of spring and the longer evenings, I’ve been using this quieter tome to plan the sessions I’d love to create as the weather continues to warm.
✨ Spring Sessions Begin
There’s something magical about the first signs of spring – the soft light, the gentle colours, and the feeling that everything is starting to bloom again. It’s a beautiful time to start planning outdoor sessions, whether you’re dreaming of a relaxed family shoot, playful pet portraits, or a simple moment captured in nature.
I’m opening bookings for spring and early summer, including my lavender field minis later in the season. If you’d like to create something natural and meaningful, I’d love to chat.

Thank you so much to everyone who reached out in the last few months – I’ve met some wonderful families and pets already, and it’s been such a joy to refresh my portfolio with these gentle, authentic sessions.
I’m still looking for a few more dog and equine models as we move further into spring. These sessions are:

- Ideal for anyone who loves natural, connection-focused photography

💜Lavender Minis – Early Bird Spaces Filling
Lavender season is just around the corner, and I’m so excited to be offering a small number of lavender mini sessions this summer at Warwickshire Lavender Farm, The soft colour, gentle light, and peaceful setting makes it a beautiful backdrop for families, children, and dogs.
I’ll be opening a limited number of introductory spaces at £60, with the standard price of £75 once those early slots are filled. If you’d like to register your interest or secure one of inductor places, feel free to get in touch.
